LCSWs, LCSW-Rs, and LMSWs are eligible to receive 1 CEU credit for completion of an entire lesson.

To receive CEU credit participants must:

1. Register for the activity online.
2. Read/view the entire educational activity.
3. Complete the Post-Test (there is no passing grade requirement).
4. Complete Program Evaluation.

Your CEU Certificate will be emailed directly to you from CareTransitions@TheNationalCouncil.org within two weeks of successful completion of the lesson. Zucker Hillside Hospital, NSLIJ is recognized by New York State ED’s State Board of Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #0128.
